enjoy the beautiful views this condo has to offer! Views of Ole River and views of the Gulf of Mexico. This is a family oriented complex with boat slips available to our guest. Don't forget to bring your fishing poles, you can fish right off the pier and also enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunsets from the gazebo. Public beach access within a 5 minute walk and boat launch close by. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, living room has reclining sofa and chair, rocking chair also has a large balcony with table and chairs to enjoy these beautiful views. The master bedroom offers a king size bed, bath and private balcony. Balconies overlook the complex pool! **MUST BE 25 TO RESERVE THIS PROPERTY**
Jubilee Landing Unit 103 is a 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo. Featuring oversized balconies with direct views of Ole River. Boats slips are available to our guest on a first come first serve basis. This complex has a covered picnic area and also BBQ grill area. Fishing pier has a lovely gazebo to enjoy and a large outdoor pool.
This complex is very family oriented. Public beach access is within walking distance and public boat launch is located close by.
*******Docks-All persons using the docks, do so at their own risk. Jubilee Landing and Aqua Vacations & Sales Group is not responsible for any accident or injury in connection with use of the docks; nor the loss of any personal property. The covered boat stalls are private property and off limits to everyone except their owners. Docking is by permit only in the uncovered and unmarked areas to renters, guest or visitors at a charge of $5.00 per day docking fee, paid to Jubilee Landing (which includes water and electrical).*******
Our BBQ area is just off to the side of the swimming pool and provides plenty of seating while you fire up the grill! Across the street you will find a fairly hidden path that leads you to your quiet undeveloped Gulf beach, Jubilee has deeded access to this area allowing you to enjoy the surf without the crowds.
Confirmation:
Confirmation of your reservation will be e-mailed or mailed upon receipt of the reservation advance payment. Please read the confirmation for accuracy of dates and accommodations. Any errors must be directed to the reservations department within seven days of mailing.
Renters are permitted to dock boats in the Jubilee Landing Marina with a dated and stamped Jubilee Landing boat permit visibly displayed. Permits are available through owners or their representatives for $25.00 per day. Permits must be displayed on the boat at all times. Renters cannot park trailers of any type during Peak Season and must make arrangements to store boats, personal watercraft, or any other types of trailers at any one of several storage lots located in the Orange Beach or the Perdido Key area.

    This was our second time to stay in JL103. The condo is comfortable without being pretentious. The balcony overlooking the waterway is our favorite part of our stay! The only issue we've had was an inability to log onto the wifi.
